Erik is the Manager, Custodial Operations at The Pennsylvania State University. His topic will focus on Facilities Customer Service. Effective customer communication is essential for a successful facilities management organization. Discuss who the customers are, how we understand their expectations, and the steps we take to meet those expectations. Explore customer surveys, communication methods, training in customer service, and the ways to market the facilities organization.
Due to the unusual year and the lack of our ability to meet in person the KAPPA Board has agreed to serve another term until April 2022. We appreciate your continued support and engagement and look forward to us all meeting in person again in the future.
