ERAPPA Virtual Meeting
Tuesday, September 21, 2021

1:00 – 3:00 pm (ET)

Hey, Bird Brain!

In the wake of the pandemic, you may have turned to nature and outdoor experiences for exercise, recreation, and socialization. But how much have you paused to appreciate all that nature has to offer us? And not just stunning scenery and cool critters! There are real, applicable-to-home-and-work life lessons to be learned from nature if we can just STOP and smell the roses, watch the wolves, listen to the birds, feel the bark, and so on. This session will teach you some of Mother Nature’s life lessons, including topics such as leadership, creativity, listening and understanding, and focus/clarity. Join Michelle Frederick and Beth Clark on a journey that will engage your senses, challenge your thinking, and instill an appreciation for our natural world. Please have the following items nearby during this session: an ample supply of drinking water, a comfortable chair, and something small and tangible from our natural world (a plant in your office, a blade of grass, a leaf, a stick from a tree, an acorn, a pinecone, etc.).
