Founded in 1993, C. B. Development Services, Inc. (CBD) is a Pennsylvania corporation with headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. CBD specializes in project management and owner representation for the real estate and construction industries. CBD’s staff has worked directly for designers, contractors, owners and tenants in projects ranging from partial floor fit-outs to the development of high-rise buildings with budgets in excess of $400 million.  CBD provides a personal, hands-on approach to project management that stems from our belief that individuals, not companies, make or break projects.
